A multilateral law enforcement agency was convening representative national law enforcement communication leaders from the region and wanted to instill a collective sense of responsibility for the collective reputation of reputation. Linq Advisors was engaged to deliver a talk and workshop at the conference held at a secure national police headquarters.
Having worked with the agency on reputation issues and strategic topics for some time, we fully understood the specific challenges facing law enforcement in the region. A particular focus point was trust and reputation in the agency to ensure sufficient information sharing and collaboration between parties to solve crime particularly in the age of increased cyber crime and digital techniques of investigation.
For this particular intervention, as with every workshop, inspirational talk or capability session, we invested significant time to understand the audience and specific local and regional issues. Deep desk research combined with client conversations allowed us to craft an engaging talk to inspire collective action. The ensuing dialogue with individual participants further cemented the impact.
We believe that this activity and our wider engagement with the organisation, is helping instill more trust in law enforcement in the region in times of increased instability and volatility.
